2. About the Opportunity:
The ''''Salesforce Technical Architect'''' will serve as a customer-facing technical expert within the Field Service team. This role is responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce-based reporting and dashboard solutions to meet business needs, collaborating with AI specialists, and contributing to the organization''s success by ensuring best practices in analytics and integrations are followed.
3. Responsibilities:
Engage with business users to understand reporting needs and design dashboards and reports
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and dashboards
Advise on best practices for report and dashboard development
Develop dataflows and lenses within Salesforce Einstein Analytics
Establish standards for development, deployment, and operations of analytics components
Align data refresh and operations with global data strategy
4. Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform with technical application expertise
Experience with end-to-end project implementations including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics
Strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architectures
Knowledge of CI/CD solutions
Experience with PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure
Hands-on development skills with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect)
Full proficiency in English
Willingness to travel internationally
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience
California Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $266,300 USD
Cleveland Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $213,000 USD
Colorado Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
District of Columbia Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $245,000 USD
Illinois Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $230,000 USD
Maryland Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
Massachusetts Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $245,000 USD
Minnesota Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
New York/New Jersey Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $266,300 USD
Washington Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $245,000 USD
