About the Opportunity:
The EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT role provides high-level operational and strategic support to two Partners within a global consulting environment. This position ensures organizational efficiency and priority management, enabling the Partners to focus on impactful work across client projects, business development, leadership, and recruitment. The role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and reliable follow-through in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Manage Partners’ calendars and communications to align with strategic priorities.
Prepare materials and context for key meetings.
Track priorities, deadlines, and commitments to ensure follow-through.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and events from planning to follow-up.
Lead ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
Support client engagements through scheduling, CRM updates, contracts, travel, and logistics.
Maintain client and prospect information to support business development.
Coordinate marketing and profile-building activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across regions.
Support administrative needs across departments including Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance.
Provide backup support for other assistants and contribute to office initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years supporting senior leaders in consulting, professional services, or similar fast-paced environments.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment handling confidential information.
Proactive and adaptable with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and service orientation.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base salary range between $95,000 and $105,000 per year for U.S. roles, dependent on experience, skills, and location.
Eligibility for annual merit-based increases.
