About the Opportunity:
The TECHNICAL RECRUITER will support the organization's AI and digital transformation initiatives by attracting and hiring specialized talent such as AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and other critical technical roles. This position is essential to scaling technology capabilities and supporting long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage requisition kickoff with hiring managers and coordinate interview plans
Create targeted job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
Screen and shortlist applicants to ensure skill and culture fit
Facilitate interview processes with timely communication to stakeholders
Guide stakeholder expectations throughout recruitment
Coordinate offer processes including negotiations and closing candidates
Maintain recruitment data and compliance in ATS and follow employment laws
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years recruiting experience or 5+ years recruiting without degree; 2 years technical recruiting
Experience managing recruitment lifecycle in ATS, preferably Workday
Knowledge of modern recruitment practices and technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong stakeholder management skills with successful recruitment outcomes
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000
