Job description:
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Architect – Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform to lead enterprise AI transformation programs leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will define AI strategy, architect enterprise-scale intelligent solutions, guide executive stakeholders, and lead implementation teams in building secure, scalable, and business-driven AI platforms.
This role combines expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, enterprise integrations, governance, and cloud architecture to accelerate AI adoption and business value realization.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Copilot Strategy
Define enterprise AI and Copilot adoption roadmap.
Advise business and technology leaders on AI transformation opportunities.
Establish AI governance, operating models, and responsible AI frameworks.
Drive AI Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives and best practices.
Solution Architecture
Architect solutions using:
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Microsoft Copilot Studio
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power Pages
Microsoft Fabric
Azure OpenAI
Azure AI Foundry
Azure AI Search
Design RAG-based solutions and Agentic AI architectures.
Define integration patterns across Microsoft, SaaS, and enterprise platforms.
Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and technical standards.
Power Platform Leadership
Design enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps.
Architect workflow automation using Power Automate.
Implement AI-infused business processes using Copilot capabilities.
Establish application lifecycle management (ALM) and environment strategies.
Copilot Studio & Agentic AI
Design and implement custom Copilots and AI agents.
Build enterprise knowledge assistants using structured and unstructured data.
Implement plugins, connectors, actions, and orchestration frameworks.
Enable conversational experiences across Teams, SharePoint, Web, and Mobile channels.
Enterprise Integration
Integrate AI solutions with:

Custom APIs
Design secure API and event-driven architectures.
Security, Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and privacy standards.
Implement Entra ID, RBAC, OAuth, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles.
Define data governance, AI governance, and compliance controls.
Establish monitoring, observability, and audit frameworks.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead architecture workshops, assessments, and executive presentations.
Support pre-sales, proposal development, and solution estimation.
Mentor architects, developers, and citizen developers.
Drive architecture reviews and technical governance.
