Global Project Manager - IAM/A&D/Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, governance, and delivery across complex technology initiatives.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action plans.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and RAID logs to maintain delivery timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners across multiple regions.
Support and coordinate IAM-related workstreams, including identity governance, user access, provisioning, access management, and identity lifecycle activities.
Support cybersecurity and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring project activities remain aligned with business and technical objectives.
Coordinate activities across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder forums.
Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications.
Track project financials, budgets, contracts, purchase orders, vendor activities, and resource requirements where applicable.
Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across interconnected workstreams.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and organizational requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–7 years of professional Project Management experience, preferably within IT, technology, infrastructure, security, IAM, or transformation environments.
Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional technology projects from planning through delivery.
Experience working with Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives is required.
Experience with cybersecurity, information security, security transformation, or related technology initiatives is preferred.
Strong project planning, scheduling, governance, risk management, RAID management, issue tracking, and dependency management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior management.
Experience coordinating distributed/global teams and third-party vendors.
Ability to facilitate meetings, drive action items, resolve dependencies, and escalate issues appropriately.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Kanban boards, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
Fluent English communication skills..
Preferred Qualifications:
Cybersecurity / Information Security project experience.
Acquisition & Divestiture (A&D), M&A, business separation, carve-out, integration, or similar transformation experience.
Experience with data migration, application transition, technology transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
Experience working with global stakeholders across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management/security certifications.
Advantage if experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or Life Sciences organizations.
