We’re Hiring — Surveillance Manager
AIMS Services is looking for a responsible and experienced Surveillance Manager to join our team and oversee surveillance operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily surveillance operations.
Monitor CCTV footage and ensure effective security coverage.
Lead and coordinate the surveillance team.
Review and investigate suspicious activities, incidents, and security alerts.
Prepare and maintain incident reports and surveillance records.
Ensure team members follow company procedures and quality standards.
Communicate with clients regarding surveillance performance and concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve surveillance processes and loss-prevention measures.
Requirements
Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, security, or loss prevention.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with surveillance software and monitoring systems is preferred.
