Finance Manager

We’re Hiring — Finance Manager
AIMS Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team and oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Support tax preparation and ensure financial compliance.
Identify financial risks and recommend effective solutions.
Provide management with financial insights to support business decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external financial professionals when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
