E-commerce & Creator Partnerships Coordinator
Remote | Full-Time | 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, including daylight saving time
About PARISA WANG
PARISA WANG is a New York-based premium handbag brand known for timeless design, thoughtful functionality and refined craftsmanship. We are a growing direct-to-consumer fashion brand serving customers globally.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded operator to keep our e-commerce initiatives, launches and creator partnerships moving accurately and on time.
You will turn priorities into clear plans, coordinate the people and details needed to execute them, and follow through without waiting for reminders. Your work should increase execution speed, support revenue growth and give the Founder more time to focus on strategy and design.
This is a hands-on coordination role. You should be comfortable spotting missing steps, resolving routine blockers and bringing forward decisions with a recommended solution.
What You’ll OwnPR & Creator Growth — 30%
Research and evaluate brand-aligned creators, editors, stylists, publications and affiliate partners.
Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, gifting, shipments, publishing dates, codes and deliverables.
Keep the PR and creator pipeline accurate, prioritized and moving.
Track results and recommend which partnerships to repeat, improve or discontinue.
Support editorial features, gift guides, product placements and creator collaborations.
E-commerce Execution — 30%
Maintain the commercial calendar and coordinate site updates, promotions and merchandising priorities.
Confirm product information, pricing, inventory, imagery and collections are accurate and ready.
QA landing pages, links, promotion codes, exclusions and the customer journey.
Work with website, CRM, creative, inventory and customer-experience teams to complete each initiative.
Flag issues that could affect conversion, execution or the customer experience.
Launch & Commercial Readiness — 25%
Own the master timeline for product launches, promotions and events.
Turn each initiative into tasks with clear owners, deadlines and dependencies.
Run readiness checks across inventory, creative, website, CRM, PR, creators and customer experience.
Identify missing assets, delayed approvals and inventory risks early.
Resolve routine blockers, escalate critical issues with a recommendation, and capture improvements after each launch.
Operating Cadence & Accountability — 15%
Turn weekly priorities into clear actions, owners and deadlines.
Follow up across teams before deliverables become overdue.
Maintain reliable trackers and shared resources in Feishu/Lark.
Provide concise, action-oriented updates on progress, risks and next steps.
Improve recurring workflows and keep procedures current.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days, the commercial calendar and launch timeline are accurate, creator and PR pipelines are prioritized, and a reliable weekly follow-up cadence is in place.
By 90 days, outreach and launches run consistently, risks are raised early, and cross-team follow-up happens without the Founder having to chase updates.
We will measure success through launch readiness, on-time completion of critical actions, creator and affiliate pipeline progress, fewer last-minute issues, and a meaningful reduction in Founder follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, marketing operations, creator partnerships, PR or project coordination.
Experience with a fashion, accessories, beauty, consumer products or direct-to-consumer brand.
Hands-on understanding of Shopify and digital commerce workflows.
Experience coordinating launches, promotions or marketing campaigns.
Experience with creator outreach, affiliates, PR or media relations.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organization, commercial judgment and follow-through.
Ability to work independently across multiple teams and deadlines.
Availability to work 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time year-round, including daylight saving time.
Experience with Shopify, ShopMy and Feishu/Lark is preferred.
Who Will Thrive Here
You anticipate what is needed, follow up early and close the loop. You can manage details while keeping the commercial goal in view, and you know a launch is ready only when the website, inventory, creative, CRM, PR and customer-experience pieces are aligned.
You communicate clearly and raise problems with a proposed solution.
Career Growth
This role offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce, creator growth, PR operations and commercial launch management. Strong performance may lead to broader ownership as an E-commerce & Growth Operations Lead.
