Role Description The Electronic Technician role at Spriha Associate is a full-time, hybrid position based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for work from home depending on project needs. On a day-to-day basis, the Electronic Technician will assemble, install, test, and repair electronic components and systems, using appropriate tools and measurement equipment. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics, identifying faults, and troubleshooting electronic circuits and electrical connections, as well as completing routine and preventive maintenance tasks. The role involves reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation, maintaining accurate service records, and adhering to safety standards and company procedures. The technician will collaborate with engineers and other team members to support project execution, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Electronics Technology and Electricity, with the ability to understand circuits, components, and system behavior.
Proficiency in Soldering and hands-on assembly of electronic boards and components, following industry best practices.
Demonstrated Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electronic and electrical issues efficiently.
Experience in Maintenance & Repair of electronic equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals, and use test instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with capacity to work independently under minimal supervision.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics or electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
