Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote USA
Engagement: W2 Contract
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who has worked closely with software-development teams and successfully delivered enterprise SaaS products or business applications from scratch from initial concept and requirements through development, testing, implementation and production launch.
The ideal candidate should have directly coordinated Product, Engineering/Development, QA, UX and business stakeholders throughout the complete product-development lifecycle.
Key Qualifications
10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Proven experience working directly with software-development and engineering teams
Mandatory experience building and delivering a product from scratch
Demonstrated ownership from product concept and requirements through production launch
Enterprise SaaS and software product-delivery expertise
Experience with HRMS/HCM, Payroll, ERP, ADP or related systems
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, product roadmaps and backlog management
Experience coordinating Product, Development, QA, UX and business teams
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
UAT, API integration, data migration, release and go-live experience preferred
Public Sector, Healthcare or Insurance experience is a plus
PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PgMP or PMO-CP certification preferred
