Quality Control Test Technician Lead

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Quality Control Lead Technician to oversee inspection and testing activities while leading a team of technicians. This role combines hands-on quality expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor quality control technicians.
Support training and performance development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Testing & Inspection
Oversee inspections and electrical testing activities.
Lead functional testing using advanced equipment.
Investigate quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
Quality Systems
Manage inspection and test documentation.
Monitor equipment calibration schedules.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of quality control, inspection, or testing experience.
1+ year of leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field.
CQI or CQT certification preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
