Financial Analyst

Pride Health is hiring a Financial Analyst to support our client's healthcare facility.
Job Details:
Schedule: 9am-5pm
Location: Remote
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 27 weeks
Pay Range: $28.00 to $30.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex pricing and financial reconciliations using contract interpretation, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business impacts.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation reports and business performance reporting.
Support audit requests with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Maintain and enhance reconciliation processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Strong experience with SQL and SAS.
Experience with Power BI, Databricks, and Tableau.
Contract interpretation and financial analysis experience.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
Ability to manage large datasets and work in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) industry experience.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.
