Job Description
Employee shall:
1. Hold the title of Site Manager. Employee’s position shall be full-time.
2. The Employee working hours vary based on project needs. It must be expected that longer
working times as well as weekend work might occur, depending on project progress, and
the Employee is obliged to work the number of hours required.
3. The Employee's duties will primarily consist of supervising site work all over the United
States of America and abroad, including overall planning and carrying out of projects that
require site supervision competence.
4. Employee’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
▪ Review vendor-provided Bills of Materials (BOMs): Verify accuracy, completeness, and
alignment with project specifications and identify any discrepancies or required
clarifications.
▪ Support project logistics and material coordination: Assist the project team in
planning, scheduling, and coordinating the shipment of materials to installation sites
to ensure timely delivery.
▪ Inspect received materials: Conduct thorough inspections upon delivery to confirm
completeness and check for any damage, documenting issues and coordinating
resolutions with vendors or suppliers.
▪ Participate in project meetings: Attend and contribute to meetings with internal teams
and external stakeholders, providing updates, addressing challenges, and ensuring
alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
▪ Manage on-site installation activities: Oversee daily installation operations, including
the supervision of installation teams, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently,
and in compliance with project requirements.
▪ Prepare progress documentation: Develop and submit detailed daily, weekly, and
monthly installation progress reports, highlighting milestones, challenges, and
corrective actions as needed.
▪ Travel to project sites: Visit multiple installation locations as required.
▪ Complete project handover: Ensure all installation activities are finalized,
documentation is complete, and deliverables meet contractual requirements before
formally handing over the project to the customer.
5. Employee shall on a regularly basis take part in internal trainings in the US/ Germany
and/or Europe. Some of the training might be performed online/remote.
6. Report directly to the Company’s Technical Operations Manager, Senior Site Manager
as well as any other Project Manager assigned by the company.
7. Act at all times in accordance with the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, its Bylaws
and its corporate policies.
8. In cooperation with the Company’s management, this Job Description may be
amended from time to time upon mutual consent.
