Position: Talent Acquisition Executive – U.S. HR Operations
Openings: 6
Experience: Freshers Only
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
Shift: U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities :
Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.
Handle day-to-day U.S. HR Operations and compliance support.
Assist with employee benefits and insurance coordination.
Provide support for payroll-related HR activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS/HRMS data.
Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
Assist with employee documentation and HR process requirements.
Coordinate with internal HR, payroll, compliance, and operations teams.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Freshers Only.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Knowledge or interest in U.S. HR Operations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits is preferred.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Willingness to work in the U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
