Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing team, with a start date during the first week of October.
This is a high-volume outbound calling position focused on contacting leads and scheduling qualified appointments.
What we’re looking for:
Ability to dial 500 leads per day
Strong communication and phone skills
Prior phone sales or appointment-setting experience preferred
Someone who understands sales has ups and downs and every day can look different
Able to stay stoic, disciplined, and consistent regardless of the previous day’s results
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Coachable, reliable, and performance-driven
Available to start the first week of October
Compensation: Performance-based to start, with opportunities for bonuses, incentives, and increased compensation based on results.
