Role Description The VP of Creative is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for shaping and elevating the creative vision across all BRIDG'IN SOLUTIONS initiatives. This role oversees the end-to-end creative process, from concept development through execution, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact visual and verbal storytelling. The VP of Creative collaborates closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies and campaigns. Daily responsibilities include directing and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams, reviewing and refining creative work, setting standards and guidelines, and aligning creative output with company goals and client expectations. The role also involves managing creative resources, presenting creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders, and continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in brand and creative experiences.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to lead and inspire creative teams and drive cohesive campaign vision.
Strong background in Branding and Art Direction, ensuring consistent, high-quality visual identity across digital and print touchpoints.
Proven skill in Concept Development, from ideation to execution, turning insights and data into clear, impactful creative solutions.
Extensive leadership experience in creative or design-focused roles, ideally at the director or VP level within an agency or in-house environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to non-creative audiences.
Track record of managing remote or distributed creative teams, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing, UX/UI collaboration, and modern content formats across social, web, and video platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
