Zay-os is a Florida based software company. We give restaurants their own online ordering system, so their customers order directly instead of through DoorDash or Uber Eats.
That matters because the delivery apps charge a restaurant 15 to 30 percent of every order, and 25 to 35 percent once delivery, marketing and card fees stack up. On Zay-os the restaurant keeps 100 percent of the food revenue and 100 percent of the tips.
The role
We are hiring a remote sales representative in Jordan to sell to restaurant owners in the United States. You work from home, in English, on the phone and over email.
This is a real sales job. Not lead scraping, not data entry. You talk to owners, you explain the numbers, you close the deal, and you get paid every month that account keeps paying us.
What you will do
Call and email restaurant owners in the United States and book demos.
Run the demo yourself. We train you on the product and give you the script.
Explain simple, honest math to an owner: what the delivery apps cost them today, and what Zayos costs instead.
Close the deal and hand the new restaurant to our onboarding team.
Keep your pipeline current in our CRM. Every call, every note.
Stay in touch with the accounts you signed. Your commission depends on them staying.
Compensation
Base: 500 USD per month. Paid whether you close or not.
Plus commission on every account you sign, every month that account keeps paying us and you are still with the company. This is not a one time bonus per sale. It repeats every month.

Two things we will always be straight with you about:
Commission is paid on money we actually collect, not on what we invoiced. If a restaurant does not pay us in a given month, that month does not pay commission on it.
Commission is paid for as long as you are with Zay-os. If you leave, or we part ways, the commission stops with your last month. It is not a residual you keep afterwards.
Hours
10:30 AM to 6:30 PM US Eastern time, Monday to Friday. That is when American restaurant owners are reachable, so that is when we work.
In Jordan that is 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM for most of the year, and 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM during the American winter, when the United States moves its clocks and Jordan does not.
Please be honest with yourself about this before applying. It is a late shift.
What we are looking for
Excellent spoken and written English. This is the first requirement and it is not negotiable. You will be on the phone with American small business owners all day. Clear and easy to understand matters far more than a perfect accent. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to record a short voice note in English.
Confidence on a cold call. You are comfortable being told no and dialing the next number.
3 years or more in sales, telesales, customer service or account management.
