Role Overview
This is not a traditional sales role. We're looking for driven, hands-on people who combine a hunter mindset, strong communication, and modern sales tools to help accelerate Swiss Fiat's growth. You will drive our outbound activity, run sales campaigns, respond to inbound interest, and build a steady pipeline of businesses looking for better financial solutions. You will open conversations, qualify opportunities, support relationships with our partners and providers, and help us make the most of industry events. You will work closely with leadership and the wider team to make sure every conversation reflects the quality and depth of our services.
Your Responsibilities
Find and research businesses looking for payment solutions or financial services
Run daily outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone
Plan and run targeted sales campaigns, and track what works
Respond to inbound enquiries fast and turn interest into booked calls
Qualify leads on their needs, expected volumes, and timelines
Book discovery calls, demos, and partner meetings with the wider team
Support communication and follow-ups with our partners and providers
Help prepare for conferences and events, before and after, including outreach, meeting booking, and lead follow-up
Join virtual events and regional conferences where relevant
What You Must Bring
1 to 3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally in fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS
A track record of hitting activity and meeting targets
Experience working with digital finance, fintech, or financial services products; familiarity with crypto or multi-currency accounts.
Resilience with rejection and the discipline to do high-volume outreach every day
Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email sequencing
Experience running or supporting outbound or email campaigns
A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
Relevant education in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is a plus
