Position Title: SAP ABAP Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 12+ years of experience in technical development and customization within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABAP solutions, supporting SAP implementations, and enhancing system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop and enhance objects using technologies such as ALV, BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and system migrations.
Optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
Develop and manage interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs) with external systems.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and documentation practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
Strong expertise in core ABAP programming and object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP).
Knowledge of integration technologies such as IDocs, Web Services, and APIs.
Familiarity with SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, or PP.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP ABAP certification.
Experience with SAP Fiori, OData services, and UI5 development.
Exposure to cloud platforms and integration tools.
