What you will do:
We're seeking a Solution Engineer who thrives at the intersection of application security and modern software development — including AI-assisted coding. You'll partner with Account Executives to win strategic deals, deliver compelling technical narratives, and help customers understand their risk posture in an era where developers ship faster than ever and AI-generated code introduces new security challenges.
Requirements:
What is needed to succeed?
Preferred
Understanding of core AppSec domains: SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets detection, API security, and AI/LLM code risk
1-2+ years in technical presales/solution engineering for SaaS security or dev tools
Ability to run tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements for both technical and executive audiences
Strong communicator who can translate complex security concepts for non-security audiences
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of the SDLC and DevSecOps/ shift-left practices
Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) and their security implications
Hands-on scripting/programming experience across multiple languages
Genuine interest in how AI is reshaping AppSec and development
