About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Operations & Growth Intern to work closely with management and internal specialists.
This is a generalist execution role. You do not need to be an expert in SEO, development, design or AI. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, execute, follow up and ensure that assigned work moves forward on time.
What will you do:
Business Operations & Coordination
Maintain project and task trackers.
Coordinate with internal team members and follow up on assigned tasks.
Track deadlines, dependencies and pending items.
Prepare daily and weekly progress updates.
Escalate delayed or blocked tasks to management.
Client Coordination
Coordinate with assigned clients such as RoopSangam Gems & Jewellery.
Collect requirements, information and approvals.
Convert client requirements into clear internal tasks.
Coordinate with SEO, content and development specialists.
SEO & Organic Growth Support
Assist with keyword and competitor research.
Support content and SEO execution.
Track ongoing organic-growth activities.
Prepare basic progress reports.
E-commerce & Marketplace Support
Assist with product catalogue and marketplace activities.
Coordinate product titles, descriptions, images and other listing information.
Support marketplace research across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant channels.
AI & Content Support
Use AI tools to create first drafts of website, product and marketing content.
Assist with FAQs, product descriptions and basic content research.
Use AI-assisted creative tools for simple visual concepts.
Review AI-generated output for accuracy, readability and brand consistency.
Hiring & Team Support
Assist with candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and basic team coordination.
What are we looking for:
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Good written English.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and Google Docs.
Comfortable using AI tools and willing to learn new tools.
Interest in SEO, websites, e-commerce and digital business.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Freshers and candidates with limited prior experience are welcome.

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.
Full-time, on-site internship in Thane.
