AI Architect / Forward Deployment Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect / Forward Deployment Engineer to lead the architecture and evolution of an AI agent platform, combining AI architecture, system design, scalability, security, governance, and coding expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Review the existing AI agent architecture, identify gaps, and define the future-state framework.
Drive architectural strategy, system design, scalability, and technology decisions.
Evaluate and implement technologies such as Databricks, LangGraph, and custom orchestration frameworks.
Ensure AI governance, compliance, security, and auditability requirements are met.
Design context engineering, retrieval solutions, context-window optimization, latency, and cost governance.
Architect solutions for mobile and tablet deployments, considering performance and audit trails.
Requirements
Extensive experience as an AI Architect / AI Engineer / Forward Deployment Engineer.
Strong expertise in AI system architecture, system design, and scalable platforms.
Hands-on experience with Databricks is essential.
Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI.
Experience with RAG / retrieval engineering, context engineering, and AI agents.
Strong coding background and multidisciplinary technical expertise.
Ability to translate architectural concepts into practical, production-ready solutions.
Solid/Advanced English communication skills.
