Cluster General Manager – Hotels

Role Description The Cluster General Manager – Hotels at WING WAH EXPLORATION ET PRODUCTION PETROLIERE SAU is a part-time, remote position overseeing the performance and service standards of a portfolio of hotels. The role includes setting and monitoring operational objectives, analyzing occupancy and revenue reports, and ensuring consistent guest experience across all properties. The person in this role collaborates with property managers to optimize room rates, manage budgets, and control costs while maintaining quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities also include supervising remote teams, aligning hotel operations with company policies, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, and preparing regular performance updates for senior leadership. The Cluster General Manager is expected to address escalated guest issues, guide continuous improvement projects, and ensure compliance with local regulations and brand requirements for each hotel.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to guide multiple hotel teams remotely.
Strong hotel operations and cluster management experience, covering front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance oversight.
Proficiency in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive profitability and cost control across several properties.
Experience with hospitality technology systems such as property management systems (PMS), channel managers, and online booking platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with owners, vendors, and internal departments.
Background in guest experience design, service quality improvement, and complaint resolution within hotel environments.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, organize priorities for multiple locations, and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience in hotel cluster or regional management is highly valued.
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and compliance standards for hotels; experience in international or multi-country operations is an advantage.
Flexibility to collaborate across time zones and occasionally visit properties if business needs require.
