Description
We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI agents that can interact with cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in LLM/Agentic AI, Python, cloud infrastructure, Terraform, and DevOps.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Develop tool/function-calling workflows and integrate MCP where applicable.
Build agents that can analyze infrastructure and operational data and perform approved actions.
Integrate AI workflows with Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and ITSM platforms.
Implement security controls such as human approval, least-privilege access, audit logging, and dry-run execution.
Develop RAG solutions using vector databases and embedding technologies.
Build testing and evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and reliability.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI.
Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and security teams to deliver production solutions.
Requirements
2+ years of experience building LLM/AI applications, including agentic or multi-step workflows.
Strong experience with an agent framework such as LangGraph/LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Strong Python development skills.
5+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or OCI and cloud IAM/security.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
Experience with agent evaluation/observability tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or Ragas.
Experience with Git, APIs, testing, and secrets management.
Nice to Have
Experience with MCP.
Experience integrating Datadog, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or Jira.
Experience with production infrastructure automation.
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
