Cybersecurity Governance – MTSB Control Owner

We are looking for an experienced MTSB Control Owner to support cybersecurity governance and security posture management within a complex international environment.
The role focuses on monitoring Minimum Technical Security Baseline (MTSB) controls, identifying deviations, coordinating remediation plans and working closely with technical, security and management teams.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and assess MTSB control scores.
Identify deviations from expected security levels.
Request and challenge root-cause analyses and remediation plans.
Lead monthly MTSB follow-up meetings.
Track remediation actions and measurable security improvements.
Consolidate evidence, measurements, action plans and security exceptions.
Escalate security risks and blocking points when required.
Participate in the governance and lifecycle management of security controls.
Coordinate with product owners, technical teams and security stakeholders.
Required profile
Minimum 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security governance or a related field.
Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks and NIST.
Knowledge across several technical security domains such as IAM, Active Directory, networks, databases, Linux/Windows, endpoint security, patching, cryptography or virtualization.
Strong communication, governance and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to explain technical security topics to both technical and management audiences.
Professional fluency in French and English.
