Data Analyst – Junior / Middle

About the Opportunity
The company is seeking a Data Analyst to join the team and help transform data into actionable insights. This role will involve collaborating with business and product teams to analyze data, identify trends, and create reports that support informed decision-making.
This position is suitable for both Junior and Middle-level candidates, with the specific level determined by the candidate's experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business and product data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights.
Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Validate data quality and investigate any discrepancies.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Maintain clear documentation of reports, metrics, and analytical processes.
Required Qualifications
Junior Level
1+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
Solid understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
Foundational knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Keen attention to detail.
Capacity to communicate findings effectively.
Good English communication skills.
Middle Level
3+ years of experience in data analysis or a comparable role.
Proficient SQL skills and experience working with databases.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Experience defining and tracking KPIs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with cloud data platforms.
Familiarity with product, marketing, or customer analytics.
Experience working within SaaS or technology companies.
Knowledge of A/B testing and fundamental statistical concepts.
Experience working in healthcare or other data-sensitive industries.

$65,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
