Adveroc is looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist to join our global remote team.
We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, with a performance-driven approach to campaign growth.
What you’ll do:
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
Monitor CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
Develop and test campaign strategies
Analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities
Scale campaigns based on performance
Work with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign results
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Strong understanding of performance marketing
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
E-commerce / DTC experience is a plus
