Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and growing relationships with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, as well as corporate and institutional accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client financial objectives, providing personalized investment and wealth management recommendations, and coordinating with internal research and product teams to deliver suitable solutions. The role involves regular portfolio reviews, monitoring market developments, and proactively communicating relevant updates and opportunities to clients. The Client Relationship Manager will also handle account servicing, documentation, and compliance requirements, while contributing to business development through referrals and new client acquisition.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term trust.
Knowledge of wealth management, investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets, preferably in the private wealth or banking domain.
Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, interpret research, and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFP, CFA, or NISM/SEBI-relevant qualifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in private wealth management, relationship management, or financial advisory serving HNI/UHNI clients is strongly preferred.
High ethical standards, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and a client-centric mindset.
