Event Manager

BAE Agency is looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on management position. The Operations Manager will perform the same daily operational responsibilities as our assistants while also supervising the team, delegating tasks, and ensuring every project is completed correctly and on time.
We need a problem-solver who takes ownership, works well under pressure, manages multiple responsibilities, and knows how to make things happen.
ABOUT BAE AGENCY
BAE Agency is an experiential marketing and staffing agency specializing in conventions, brand activations, events, promotional staffing, and content production across the United States and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Post new events and job opportunities on our internal platform
• Create event catalogs, presentations, staffing materials, and documents
• Recruit and coordinate event staff in different cities
• Coordinate event schedules, confirmations, instructions, and logistics
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, models, vendors, and freelancers
• Keep event, client, and staff information updated in our internal system
• Organize spreadsheets, calendars, databases, and project boards
• Follow up on deadlines, approvals, documents, and deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
• Supervise and support the assistant team
• Delegate tasks and clearly communicate priorities
• Review the team’s work for accuracy, quality, and completion
• Monitor performance and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide guidance when team members face challenges
• Identify problems and implement solutions quickly
• Keep the executive team updated on projects, challenges, and results
• Ensure all work meets BAE Agency’s professional standards
REQUIREMENTS:
• Highly proficient English
• Previous experience in management, administration, events, staffing, project coordination, or agency operations
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform operational tasks while also managing a team
• Able to take initiative and work without constant supervision
• Comfortable learning and using BAE Agency’s internal system
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Canva, and similar tools
• Must have a reliable computer
• Must have a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection
POSITION DETAILS:
• Full-time position
• Remote
• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Miami time
Compensation $700 USD
The ideal candidate is not someone who only assigns tasks. We need a hands-on leader who works alongside the team, takes responsibility, solves problems, follows through, and ensures everything gets done.
