HARP Agency helps content creators grow their audience and revenue through performance marketing, monetization and strategy. Our work includes creators on adult-content subscription platforms.
We are looking for a Recruiter to help us hire the right people for our internal team. You will own sourcing and initial screening, giving founders and hiring managers a focused shortlist with clear evidence of each candidate's fit. Hiring priorities include sales operations and team leads, marketing and media buying, and operations roles.
What you will do
• Turn hiring requests into clear role briefs, candidate profiles and screening criteria with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals and relevant job boards.
• Review applications and run structured screening interviews to assess relevant experience, motivation, communication, availability and compensation expectations.
• Present qualified candidates with concise interview notes and a clear recommendation.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Maintain an organised candidate pipeline and track sourcing results, conversion rates and time to shortlist.
• Support offer coordination and handover to onboarding with the hiring manager.
What we are looking for
• Practical experience sourcing and screening candidates, with examples of roles you have helped fill.
• Ability to evaluate sales, marketing or operations profiles and adapt your search to a new brief.
• Strong interviewing, written communication and candidate follow-up skills.
• Confidence using LinkedIn search, Boolean queries, spreadsheets or an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise several vacancies and handle candidate information confidentially.
• English sufficient for candidate outreach and interviews when required.
• Comfort working with an agency whose clients include creators in the adult-content industry.
Experience recruiting for digital agencies, performance marketing or remote sales teams is a plus.
Working arrangement
Remote, Ukraine. Independent contractor / outsourced recruitment engagement, with workload agreed around active vacancies. This is a paid role with compensation linked to successful hires; the fee, payment trigger and other terms will be agreed before work begins.
You will work directly with founders and hiring managers and help build a practical, repeatable hiring process. Success means relevant shortlists, consistent candidate communication and hires that meet the agreed role requirements.
