Your responsibilities will include:
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on Go‑to‑Market positions (e.g. BDRs, AEs, CSMs)
Partner closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions
Proactively source talent through referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping
Own and effectively prioritize 8+ requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and employee referral programs
Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decision‑making and share clear, tactical hiring insights with recruiting managers
Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong bar for talent

Other qualities that will set you up for success in this role include:
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in an in‑house recruitment role
Proven success delivering full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and/or geographies (EMEA experience preferred)
Experience recruiting for a broad range of sales‑oriented roles, including pre‑sales, direct sales, channel, marketing, and customer success
Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and select high‑quality commercial talent, with strong judgment around role fit and long‑term success
