Role Description The Digital Engineering Vice President is a full-time remote role responsible for leading digital engineering initiatives that support Temasek Holdings’ advisory and business development activities. This position oversees engineering teams that design, build, and maintain digital platforms, tools, and data systems used for market analysis, site search, and transaction support. The role includes setting technical direction, coordinating software development projects, and partnering with product and business stakeholders to define and prioritize digital solutions. The Vice President will manage project timelines and resources, ensure high-quality delivery, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and digital product performance. Day-to-day activities involve mentoring engineering leaders, reviewing architecture and code, aligning projects with business objectives, and promoting a culture of innovation, reliability, and security.

Qualifications
Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide distributed engineering teams and develop high-performing leaders.
Software Development experience with modern technologies, architectures, and best practices to oversee complex digital solutions.
Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives on time and within scope.
Product Development skills to collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive product roadmaps.
Proven experience in senior digital or engineering leadership roles, preferably within consulting, financial services, or industrial sectors.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional, international teams in a remote environment.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
