About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Manager to lead a 10–15 member sales/call centre team in the Home Loan business.
The ideal candidate should be a strong people manager who can drive team performance, coach team members, achieve business targets, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of 10–15 executives handling Home Loan customers.
* Drive the team towards daily, monthly and business targets.
* Monitor calls, leads, conversions and overall team productivity.
* Coach team members on customer handling, sales techniques and follow-ups.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
* Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maximum conversion opportunities.
* Handle customer escalations and support the team in resolving issues.
* Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams and branches for smooth loan processing.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and compliance requirements.
What We Are Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in Team Handling / Call Centre / Telecalling / Sales.
* Experience managing a 10–15 member team will be preferred.
* Home Loan or Banking/Financial Services experience is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good leadership and people-management abilities.
* Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
* Ability to analyse team performance and improve productivity.
* Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
* Graduate preferred.
