We are representing a rapidly expanding national litigation firm seeking experienced Insurance Defense Partners with portable business to help grow an already successful defense platform.
This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who have built strong relationships with insurance carriers, self-insured entities, third-party administrators, transportation companies, manufacturers, healthcare providers, or other institutional clients and are looking for a platform that offers sophisticated work, entrepreneurial economics, and meaningful long-term growth.
The Practice
The firm's Insurance Defense Group handles high-exposure litigation from initial investigation through trial and appeal. The team represents insurers, corporations, self-insured entities, transportation companies, manufacturers, healthcare providers, and other commercial clients in complex liability matters throughout the United States.

Attorneys routinely defend complex, multi-party litigation involving catastrophic losses, serious bodily injury, property damage, construction accidents, transportation claims, and professional negligence. The practice emphasizes early case evaluation, strategic motion practice, expert development, mediation, trial advocacy, and appellate work.
The firm's transportation practice includes representation of commercial trucking companies, logistics providers, fleet operators, rail, bus and other commercial transportation clients in catastrophic accident litigation, cargo disputes, regulatory matters, and complex tort litigation.
The insurance defense team is also highly experienced in defending manufacturers, premises owners, healthcare providers, professionals, and businesses in product liability, premises liability, malpractice, and other high-exposure casualty matters.

The successful candidate will work alongside highly respected insurance defense attorneys with decades of experience handling sophisticated casualty litigation, transportation matters, catastrophic injury claims, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, and medical malpractice defense. The group has built a reputation for successfully defending complex, high-value litigation while providing strategic counsel to national and regional institutional clients.
Who We're Looking For
The firm is seeking equity or non-equity partners with:
Portable business is required (generally $500,000+ in annual portable revenue, although exceptional candidates with significant growth potential will be considered)
Established relationships with insurance carriers, self-insured entities, TPAs, transportation companies, manufacturers, healthcare systems, municipalities, or commercial clients
Significant experience in one or more of the following:
