Senior Product Manager

SpinQuest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in the United States on a remote basis.
We are building a high growth social gaming platform with innovative currency mechanics, delivering fast, real time experiences across mobile and web. This role will own product strategy and execution across key product areas while leading cross functional product pods and partnering closely with engineering, design, QA, and company leadership.
What You’ll Own
Own product strategy and execution across mobile and web, translating company and product vision into a focused roadmap, priorities, and clearly scoped initiatives from concept through launch
Lead and manage cross functional product pods, establishing priorities, operating rhythms, ownership, and delivery expectations across product, engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders
Translate complex product concepts into detailed specifications covering user flows, business rules, state transitions, edge cases, failure states, compliance requirements, analytics, and acceptance criteria
Partner closely with engineering and design to evaluate technical tradeoffs, manage dependencies, sequence initiatives, and deliver high quality products while balancing customer value, business impact, engineering effort, and risk
Drive alignment and product outcomes by analyzing customer feedback, product behavior, and performance data, defining success metrics, resolving blockers, and continuously improving product experiences
Help establish and scale SpinQuest’s product function by developing product processes, tooling, documentation standards, operating rhythms, and team practices that support rapid company growth
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of product management experience with proven experience leading consumer facing products, high growth startups, or technology platforms
Proven experience managing cross functional product pods and driving execution across product, engineering, design, QA, and other teams
Strong product judgment, communication, prioritization, and specification writing skills, with the ability to independently turn complex requirements into clear and actionable product plans
Strong technical fluency with experience understanding APIs, data models, event flows, system dependencies, integrations, and technical constraints while partnering with engineering on scope, sequencing, and technical tradeoffs
Experience partnering with engineering and QA to investigate production issues, distinguish product requirements from technical defects, assess severity, and make informed decisions on prioritization and mitigation
Highly autonomous and execution oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced startup environment and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Bonus Points
Background in iGaming, social gaming, sweepstakes, fintech, regulated platforms, or other adjacent industries
Experience building products involving complex currency, payments, rewards, or transactional mechanics
Experience building and scaling product teams, pods, processes, or operating frameworks within an early stage organization
Experience working with AI assisted product development workflows and translating AI generated requirements into structured product specifications
Passion for gaming, sweepstakes, entertainment, and highly interactive consumer products
Experience working across both mobile and web product experiences
