About the Role
The role is responsible for ensuring planning and programming is performed to a high consistent standard across the business WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF logical and accurate planning for driving timely project execution and at the same protecting time related commercial exposure.
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Required Experience
Minimum 15 years’ experience in project planning in large scale Data Centre projects
Responsibilities
Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc. with a good hold in Primavera P6.
Knowledge stakeholder management, conflict resolution
Knowledge of risk management
Good understanding of construction methodologies and different types of formworks.
Good understanding of Indian forms of Contract
Proficient in the use of various delay and disruption analysis techniques and experience in preparation of EOT Claim.
