Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of a learning or functional team, including planning schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring performance against defined goals. This role involves guiding and mentoring team members, coordinating with faculty and support staff, and ensuring that learners receive timely assistance and a high-quality learning experience. The Team Lead will also track key metrics, prepare brief reports, streamline processes, and support the implementation of new initiatives to enhance efficiency and learner outcomes. Regular collaboration with management, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving are central to this position.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and team management abilities, including experience overseeing small to medium-sized teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with learners, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities, schedules, and operational tasks.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for monitoring performance, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.
Background or strong interest in education, training, or commerce-related fields; experience in edtech or coaching centers is an advantage.
Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms to manage data, reports, and communication.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, education, or a related discipline; advanced or professional qualifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and maintain a learner-centric, inclusive, and non-discriminatory approach.
