Role Description The Relationship Manager – Business Banking will manage and grow a portfolio of business banking customers, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves regularly meeting business clients, understanding their banking and credit needs, and proposing suitable products such as current accounts, cash management solutions, loans, and trade finance services. The role includes evaluating financial and business information, supporting underwriting and credit decisions, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Relationship Manager will monitor account performance, manage risk within the portfolio, and work with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve customer experience. The role also requires achieving assigned business targets, actively sourcing new business clients, and participating in local market and industry networking activities.
Qualifications
Strong Business Relationship Management skills, including client acquisition, retention, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with Cash Management solutions, working capital products, and transaction banking services.
Knowledge of Portfolio Management, including monitoring account health, risk assessment, and growth planning.
Solid understanding of Finance, credit analysis, and banking products relevant to business banking customers.
Exposure to Underwriting processes, including financial statement analysis and evaluation of lending proposals.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and compliance awareness.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in business banking, corporate banking, or SME relationship management is preferred.
