Your Role:
The Associate Inhouse Consultant role is a 24-month leadership development program (LDP) for recent MBA/Masters/PhD Graduates. You will participate in a mix of strategic management consulting projects and functional rotations in the Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics industries.
Year 1: Build core competencies with on-the-job training through a wide variety of regional and global projects with consultants and senior business leaders across our global businesses.
Year 2: Immerse in the businesses through 3-4 functional rotations of your choice (e.g., marketing, operations, business development) across our business sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. You will have the opportunity to do one of the rotations internationally.
Following successful completion, leverage the network you’ve developed to transition to a business sector and function to continue your development as a future leader within the organization.
Associates will also participate in targeted professional trainings to continuously improve their technical expertise, business acumen, and soft skills.
Applicants should be prepared for behavioral and consulting case interviews.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or Ph. D. in Business (Business Administration, Finance, etc.), Life Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc.), or Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) with graduation date of 2024 through Summer 2027
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated interest in business/industry through coursework, professional experience, extracurriculars, or internships
Practical experience applying Data & AI to solve business challenges, combined with a passion for further developing skills in this area
Strong analytical skills, excitement for complex and ambiguous work, curiosity for our diverse business sectors and a broad range of topics
Proactive and self-motivated mindset
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual skills
Prior management consulting experience

Pay Range for this position - $72,100 to $126,800/year
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
