Role Description The IHT Clinician is responsible for providing intensive In-Home Therapy services to youth and families, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic interventions. In this full-time remote role, the clinician conducts telehealth sessions, coordinates with caregivers and natural supports, and collaborates with schools, medical providers, and community agencies as needed. Daily activities include maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, participating in supervision, and integrating feedback into practice. The IHT Clinician also contributes to crisis stabilization, safety planning, and care coordination to support positive outcomes for youth and families.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field
Experience providing community-based or in-home therapy to youth and families, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-informed interventions.
Demonstrated commitment to culturally humble, trauma-informed, and strengths-based clinical practice with diverse populations.
Strong skills in telehealth service delivery, including maintaining engagement, managing risk remotely, and using secure virtual platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with caregivers, school personnel, medical providers, and other community partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear clinical documentation and professional correspondence.
Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while actively participating in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
Reliable internet access and comfort with electronic health records and other digital tools; bilingual skills are a plus.
