Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Actimize solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications that enhance our financial crime risk management capabilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Actimize solutions to support financial crime risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Actimize and software development.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Mandatory Skills
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Actimize solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of financial services and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in software development or Actimize solutions are a plus.
