We're looking for skilled English writers and editors to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content. Your sharp editorial instincts will directly shape how AI systems produce written language — making it clearer, more accurate, and more natural for millions of readers.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Review AI-generated English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and style issues
Improve readability and flow without altering the original meaning
Flag inconsistencies, ambiguous language, and structural weaknesses
Apply consistent editorial judgment across a high volume of content
Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems improve over time
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Based in the United States
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
Strong proofreading and editing instincts with a sharp eye for detail
Excellent command of written English — grammar, syntax, tone, and style
Comfortable evaluating large volumes of content efficiently and consistently
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Background in editing, copywriting, content strategy, or journalism
Experience with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
Familiarity with AI writing tools or content evaluation workflows
