The Role
You'll be responsible for growing organic traffic, leads and revenue across the AU website.
Working closely with our related stakeholders, developers, designers, you'll ensure SEO recommendations are implemented quickly, technical issues are resolved, and new growth opportunities are continuously identified and executed.
Own the SEO implementation backlog by translating recommendations into developer-ready tickets, coordinating delivery with engineering, and ensuring changes are deployed, validated, and measured.
Responsibilities
Technical SEO
● Own technical SEO roadmap
● Identify crawl, indexing and rendering issues
● Monitor Google Search Console
● Resolve indexing problems
● Manage XML sitemaps, Manage Robots.txt
● Monitor Core Web Vitals, Monitor redirects and 404s
● Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations
On-page SEO
● Improve internal linking
● Build topical clusters
● Improve EEAT signals
● Optimise metadata at scale
● Implement structured data alongside developers
Content Growth
Work alongside content writers to:
● Identify new keyword opportunities
● Create content briefs
● Refresh existing pages
● Build new landing pages
● Improve topical authority
● Analyse content performance
● Link building
Analytics & Reporting
Own SEO reporting including:
● Organic traffic, Organic leads
● Revenue from SEO
● Keyword rankings, Indexed pages, Crawl issues
● Core Web Vitals, Landing page performance
Build dashboards that focus on business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
Requirements
Essential
● 4+ years experience strong technical SEO knowledge
● Advanced English (oral & written) - This role is only available for Vietnamese Candidates.
● Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager
● Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Keyword research
● Internal linking, Schema markup
● HTML/CSS fundamentals, Strong analytical mindset
Nice to Have
● Understanding of Google's AI Overviews and emerging AI search experiences.
● Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) principles and how AI platforms surface trusted content.
