Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for NoBroker.com within an assigned territory. The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for NoBroker.com’s products and services. Drive territory sales and revenue targets. Responsible for closure of the lead provided. Develop territory-specific sales strategies. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives. Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews. Build customer relationships and resolve escalations. Promote premium plans and value-added services. Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships. Track KPIs, CRM updates, MIS reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Candidate should be under 31 years.
1+ years of Sales/Business Development experience.
Preferred experience in Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or B2C Sales. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, CRM, and analytical skills.
Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management, target setting, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Closure: Act as the primary owner for lead conversions and take full responsibility for closing sales.
Gated Communities: Focus on managing, penetrating, and building strong relationships within gated residential societies.
Territory Strategy: Execute local sales tactics to achieve revenue targets across your assigned zone.
Service Promotion: Pitch premium plans and value-added offerings (society management, home services, packers & movers, loans).
Relationship Management: Resolve escalations, build trust with residents/stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
