Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Ahmedabad. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, and other digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing ad budgets, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and key metrics. The role also involves collaborating with creative, content, and product teams to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional strategies, while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Dermatouch’s vision. The Performance Marketer will prepare regular performance reports, conduct A/B tests, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Qualifications
Strong performance marketing skills, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and retargeting.
Proficiency in analytics and optimization, such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
Experience with e-commerce and digital marketing funnels, including campaign structuring, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
Ability to collaborate on creative assets and messaging with design and content teams to develop high-converting ads and landing pages.
Solid understanding of skincare or beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape (experience in personal care or FMCG is a plus).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or performance advertising are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
