Salary: 60,000 INR to 70,000 INR per month

About the Role
We are looking for skilled Precast Detailers with 5+ years of experience in precast and GRC cladding works. You will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating across design and engineering teams. Senior candidates will have the opportunity to lead the detailing workflow for entire project phases and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed precast and GRC cladding shop drawings in compliance with project specifications
Develop accurate 2D/3D models using AutoCAD (working knowledge of Revit is a strong advantage)
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and structural engineers to resolve design and technical issues
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure alignment with cladding requirements
Generate cutting lists, fixing details, connection details, and material take-offs
Ensure drawings are produced on time to meet project schedules and maintain revision control
Oversee detailing workflow for full project phases, mentor junior staff, and identify fabrication optimizations
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience as a detailer specifically in precast and GRC
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Revit or Tekla is a plus)
Solid understanding of construction drawings and detailing standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines
Track record of leading complex detailing projects and managing junior teams
Comfortable working UAE business hours including Saturdays
