Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM UAE time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Saturdays
Salary: 60,000 INR to 70,000 INR per month

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior BIM Modeler. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our 3D models using Revit and Navisworks, supporting the project team through all phases of construction. You will take on senior-level coordination responsibilities, mentor junior staff, and help drive quality across our project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and modify 3D BIM models for precast and GRC elements using Revit
Ensure models meet Level of Detail 400 (LOD 400) and all project specifications
Create and maintain Revit families
Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop models aligned with project requirements
Utilize Navisworks (NWC) for clash detection and project coordination
Ensure accurate modeling of structural components including precast panels and GRC connections
Prepare and maintain model documentation, drawings, and schedules
Review and resolve model inconsistencies to ensure all standards are met
Lead project coordination, mentor junior staff, and assist in 4D simulations and construction sequencing
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on precast and GRC elements
Strong proficiency in Revit for creating detailed and accurate models
Experience with Navisworks (NWC) for clash detection and coordination
Strong understanding of BIM processes and industry standards
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
Familiarity with Rhino is a plus
Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture
Comfortable working UAE business hours, including Saturdays
