Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver business solutions
Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessments
Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process documentation
Support project planning, testing, implementation, and change management activities
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders
