This role involves managing and supporting the organization’s day-to-day IT requirements, including user support, system configuration, software installation, and troubleshooting. Qualifications
Experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, software, hardware, and user access issues.
Understanding of basic network security, user account management, and access controls.
Familiarity with system maintenance, backups, and IT documentation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for providing user support.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers when required.
