Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Specialist / AM – HR Operations (Payroll & Compliance) based in Technopark, Trivandrum. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing tasks, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, handling garnishments, and addressing payroll-related inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, coordinating tax filings, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, and other statutory requirements
• Handle audits, F&F settlements, and compliance documentation
• Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and payroll analytics
• Coordinate with finance teams, auditors, and consultants
• Act as the SME for payroll operations and labor law compliance
Skills Required:
✔ Strong experience (5-10 years) in payroll and statutory compliance
✔ Good knowledge of Indian labor laws
✔ Experience in Zoho Payroll is an added advantage
✔ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
MBA in HR / Finance / Operations preferred.
Graduates with strong payroll and compliance expertise are also encouraged to apply.
